STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The protection of personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process personal data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

CONTACT WITH US

If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We process the following data from you for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, email address, postal address. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law.

For the purpose of sending you advertising material [by post / e-mail] about our offers, we process the following data from you: Name, mail address, address. The processing of this data is based on the legal provisions of Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest). We see the legitimate interest for this processing in our interest in deepening our customer relationship with you by providing information about our services and products. Data will not be transferred to third parties. The data required for the purpose of sending advertising material will be stored by us for a maximum period of three years since the last contract was concluded.

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

When transferring your personal data, we always ensure the highest possible level of security. Therefore, your data will only be passed on to carefully selected and contractually obligated processors, whereby we remain responsible for the protection of your personal data in this case as well. In addition, your data will only be forwarded by us to third parties who are subject to strict EU data protection law or who are obliged to maintain a corresponding level of protection. Processors outside the European Union are only commissioned by us if an adequacy decision has been issued by the European Commission for this third country or we have agreed suitable and appropriate guarantees with the processor.

Your personal data will only be forwarded to the following types of processors in accordance with the provisions of data protection law and the principles described above. These transfers are made on the basis of the legal provisions of Art 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the GDPR: Order processors for the purpose of supporting the sending of e-mails to you.

YOUR RIGHTS

You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. We would like to point out that the code "anonymizeIp" has been added to Google Analytics on this website to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

DATA STORAGE (Webshop)

We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the webshop operator within the framework of cookies, as are the name, address and credit card number of the purchaser as well as the selected goods and the date of purchase. In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: Name, e-mail address, postal address. No data is transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of the credit card number to processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price. After the shopping process has been cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data "name", "address", "goods purchased" and "date of purchase" will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provision of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

COOKIES

On this website we sometimes use cookies, which are small text files that are stored on the user's computer. Most of the cookies used by this website are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of the internet offer of this website. Of course, the internet offer of this website can also be viewed without cookies.
